Samie "Savage" Al-ziab

My name is Samie Al-Ziab, but I’m known as Samie Savage. I am a 28 year old Certified Strength and conditioning, and corrective exercise specialist. I’ve been coaching athletes, former athletes, and adults for over 10 years now. I spent a majority of my life doing heavy and explosive weight training for football and wrestling, resulting in a stiff jointed, muscle bound body. This led to injuries such as ACL tears, a broken back, dislocated shoulders and multiple surgeries before 22 years old. Through my mentors, therapists, and my own continuing education I created the SAVAGE METHOD to restore my body, rebuild my strength, and reclaim my ability to move in a way that enhanced my quality of life. This method combines the best of both worlds ; gaining strength, improving body composition, and moving like an athlete all while taking care of necessary movements, mobility, and breathing exercises that keep our bodies regulated and healthy. Now as a competitive bodybuilder, I’m able to train harder, live pain free, and feel better than I did in my early 20s. I’ve helped hundreds of athletes, former athletes and adults do the same with my in person training. My online training and programs are made to get YOU, the former athlete back into your peak shape, exercising pain free, and mentally confident in your body's ability to perform in life the way you need too in life

Questions

If I have current injuries, or chronic pain, is this for me?

The Savage Squad program is made for individuals who do not currently have injuries and can do basic movements like squat, press, run, jump, and have movement freedom. If you are recovering from injury I have a rehabilitative strength training program ranging from 3 - 6 months that helps you reclaim function of joints and complex movements after injury / rehab. This option will still give you access to the Savage Squad Community Chat.

Can I do this if I'm playing sports or want to do other activities? (Ex: Hiking, biking, yoga, cardio, running, HIIT training, etc.

Yes! The 4 day a week split was created to be efficient and effective. Each phase will also have two optional mobility, core, conditioning themed days. This gives you options to choose different physical activities and make the programming fit your preferred lifestyle. When in doubt, you can always ask a question in the Savage Squad Chat!

How many days a week do I train?

You can do 3-6 training days per week based on lifestyle, goals, and preference. The main split is 4 days a week, split between 2 upper and 2 lower days. Each phase will also have two optional mobility, core, conditioning themed days.

How long are the training sessions?

Training sessions will be 45-60 minutes long

When I join, is there a place to ask questions?

Modern gyms should have most of the equipment. dumbbells, barbells, basic machines, Cables, and a functional area with turf, medicine balls, cardio equipment will all be utilized. Anything you do not have access to you can communicate to me through the Savage Squad App

How is the Savage Method different from other strength training programs?

The Savage Method is comprehensive, allowing you to train multiple qualities in an efficient and effective manner. Every week you will have the opportunity to train your breathwork, mobility, cardiovascular system, strength, power, and athleticism. The program is updated monthly, providing you a mixture of variety and consistency. Every 2-3 months our main focus of the program will change, along with the rep schemes, intensity factors, and equipment used for the given month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes you cancel any time through my app. You will have access to training programs and the community until the start of when your next billing cycle will be. (Ex: If you cancel on Feb 20th 2027, but you get charged on the 13th, you will have access until March 13th 2027.
